your post and social media username for the repurpose only. Hidden Crown will store your post and username for no longer than is
necessary in connection with the purpose

Edit your post or publish
edited or partial versions of your post, provided that Hidden Crown
shall not edit the post in such a way as to create a misleading
impression of your views

Display your social media username alongside the post for repurposing.

A
non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free, irrevocable,
perpetual right and license without compensation to use your Content as
set out in these terms and conditions.

Usage of Name and Likeness: 

Brand
will have global right to use Talent’s name, likeness, Instagram
handle, and Sponsored Content on social media channels, including
Instagram, and Facebook. 

Brand will have the right to re-post
and/or use Talent’s content natively on social media as long as Talent
is credited for content. 

Brand can trim/alter content as they see fit. 

Brand will have the right to use your name and social media handles in association with the Affiliates Program.

Brand can put paid media behind post(s) and repost(s) on Brand-owned channels and Talent’s channel. 

Brand
will have the right to repurpose content through social media and
marketing channels throughout and over the duration of the affiliate
account. 

Brand will have the right to use content for paid media
promotion which will be done by repurposing content through the brand’s
social accounts or through the influencer’s social account.

Any content used natively during Term will remain on Brand owned channel’s in perpetuity.

Hidden Crown reserves the right to alter these Terms of Use without advance
notice by posting a revised Terms of Use. Accordingly, you should
review the Terms of Use each time you grant permission or authorization
to feature your User Content.

following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy

caused due to improper installation. After the sale we are not liable
for any defects, damages, or misuse of products. Hidden Crown will not
be held responsible for any damages caused to the client’s hair during
and/or after the hair extension application process. All stylists and
consumers agree to use Hidden Crown products at their own risk. Hidden Crown will not be held liable for any costs associated with the
installation or removal of the product, no exceptions.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
We
may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to
anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you
or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from
the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removed, or
edited any materials or content on this Site, refusing to process a
transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

We
use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s
movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP
addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

It is the responsibility of the
salon/client to ensure complete customer satisfaction to the end user
in relation to all Hidden Crown® products. This would include, but is
not limited to, the consultation, selection of product, application of
product and any advice or counsel given regarding said product.

Basically, if Hidden Crown® products are not used properly, we cannot
guarantee your satisfaction. We offer education and training to help
our customers learn how to use our products in the most effective way
possible.

Out of Stock Items. Occasionally, some of our products are out of
stock. If an item is out of stock, it will be reflected on our website.
In the event we run out of stock as we are pulling your order, every
attempt will be made to reach you via email or phone to advise you of
your options. If we are unable to reach you, we will cancel that part of
your order and ship everything else to you.
